Application examples

Auto upholstery

Three-layer leather + foam + canvas headliner with #138 bonded nylon thread. Walking foot prevents the leather from slipping on the foam; needle feed keeps layers aligned through curves.

Marine canvas

18 oz Sunbrella with #92 polyester thread, two passes per seam for a Bimini cover. Reverse stitch holds; no skipped stitches at the corner reinforcements.

Furniture

Sectional cushion welts in performance velvet over high-density foam. Handles velvet pile compression without slipping; servo steps down for corner pivots.
